Moreover, the Quality Management System is tied to the principle of “CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”, and, as a result, it does not suffice to draw conclusions from intuition, but rather, through the application of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Standard, a number of mechanisms have been established in order to measure the degree of satisfaction based on objective data.
