GEPROLAR PROMOCIONES INMOBILIARIAS, S.L., in the course of its more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, has made quality its priority in all of its facets and activities. With this purpose in mind, the company has created a Quality Department and put into place a Quality Management System, based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Standard, for the purpose of obtaining AENOR Quality Certification.
Thanks to this experience in the quality aspect, GEPROLAR PROMOCIONES INMOBILIARIAS, S.L. has progressively adapted itself to the requirements of the work it performs, implementing a Quality Management System that encompasses the entire range of activities carried out by the company: THE PROMOTION (DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND SALE) OF DWELLINGS.


As the main objective of GEPROLAR PROMOCIONES INMOBILIARIAS, S.L. is the pursuit of the best product, the Quality Management System is essential in achieving it, considering that it is a system based on constant improvement and must be used with a knowledge of the end sought by each of the requirements comprising it. Moreover, the Quality Management System is tied to the principle of “CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”, and, as a result, it does not suffice to draw conclusions from intuition, but rather, through the application of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Standard, a number of mechanisms have been established in order to measure the degree of satisfaction based on objective data.

The entire team at GEPROLAR PROMOCIONES INMOBILIARIAS, S.L. is involved in the Quality Management System, as the commitment to quality starts at the Management level and permeates the entire organisation. The company’s Quality Department Head is the person who coordinates and controls the System, in addition to being in charge of creating a flow of information between the different departments with respect to quality matters.
